“Baron de Sigognac”, 1961 – vintage armagnac, created from the grapes of the Uni Blanc and Bako varieties, the harvest of which is collected in the elite zone of Ba Armagnac. In the process of creating Armagnac it is subjected to slow distillation and is aged in oak barrels burned from the inside, which gives the drink a special charm and an elegant woody base of taste. Its burning fortress is softened by the velvety texture, which allows one to fully enjoy the aristocratic character of Armagnac. “Baron de Sigonyak” – this is the nobility and strength of endurance in your glass!

The house of Armagnac “Adex” is located in the heart of Ba Armagnac district, in the picturesque town of Castelnau d’Ozan. Among the estates and vineyards of the House of Adex is the 17th century Chateau de Boldenev castle, in the ancient cellars of which Baron de Sigognac is created. During the distillation of the Armagnac “Baron de Sigognac”, the alembics are heated by steam, not by electricity, so distillation passes slowly, and the alcohols are more aromatic and soft. All spirits are aged in selected barrels, which are made without a single nail, exclusively from black Gascony oak.
