Brewlok, Palitra # 2 Raspberry & Vanilla – Indian pale ale brewed with lactose, raspberry pulp and vanilla. The result is a dense and sweet beer that tastes like a tropical cocktail. The beer is made according to the author’s recipe exclusively from natural ingredients: water, hops, barley malt, brewer’s yeast, fruit and berry raw materials, vanilla and lactose. It is the lactose in the composition that gives the creamy tones characteristic of milk-fruit beers. Fresh fruit puree is added directly during cooking. The beer has a gravity of 17% and a bright, but unobtrusive bitterness at 40 IBU. Despite the rather high alcohol content (6.8%), the taste is practically not alcoholic. The lack of filtration preserves the natural sediment, imparting a delicate haze of color to the beer. Beer will perfectly complement the taste of spicy dishes, light fruit desserts, snacks, you can savor it without gastronomic accompaniment.
