Description
“Sei Montagne” Sour Ale is a sour wild ale that has undergone primary fermentation with the yeast Brettanomyces Lambicus and aged for 5 to 7 months in wine barrels from the Brada winery. The main “highlight” of this beer is the infusion on Chinese tea Pu Er Sheng: Nan Jian Tu Lin Gao Ji and Nan Jian Qiao Mu Tai Yuan, which gives the beer earthy, tannic, slightly sour and mineral notes. The name of this beer comes from the famous six tea mountains of the Yunnan province (China), the symbol of which is the peacock, which was chosen as an illustration for the label “Sei Montagne”.
