  • “Fischer” Tradition Blonde is a European light camp made in Alsace at the Brasserie de Schiltigheim brewery, owned by the French department of the Heineken group. Beer has an even, soft taste with moderate carbonation, light fruit and hop flavor.
Beer “Fisher” is part of the history of Alsace. Jean Fischer began to brew beer in 1821 in Strasbourg on the basis of his brewery Brasserie de l’Ours Blanc. Later the brewery moved to the “brewers’ city” of Schiltigheim, which is a few kilometers from the capital of Alsace. By 1850, Fisher’s beer was a great success: every day it was sent by train even to Paris. Over time, the brewery changed its name, after the purchase in 1922 of the neighboring brewery Adelschoffen, the company became known as Groupe Pcheur (also “fisherman”, but in French). The Heineken group acquired the Fischer brewery in 1996. In 2009, the production of beer under the brand name “Fischer” was moved to the brewery l’Esprance and in Brasserie de Schiltigheim.

Heineken is a unique company that is not only the largest brewery in the world, but also the largest family business in the hands of the Heineken family from the earliest days of creation in 1864. It was then that Gerard Adrian Heineken purchased his brewery “De Hooiberg” with a low price for his mother’s money. The young man enthusiastically took up the matter, significantly modernizing the plant, introducing, from the experience of the Bavarian brewers, the method of bottom fermentation, significantly improving the taste of beer. The Franco-Prussian war also played into the hands, due to which the supply of Bavarian beer to the Netherlands decreased significantly, but local beer became popular.

In the early 1870s, the brewery received a new name – Heineken’s Bierbrouwerij Maatschappij NV, which lasted until 1972, and then was reduced to Heineken NV Beer gets world recognition, but Gerard does not stop there. He opens new plants, introduces an autonomous cooling system instead of the ice used for these purposes. The next generation – Henry’s son, Albert’s grandson – did everything to make the company the world’s leader in brewing, working as relentlessly and creatively as their famous ancestor.

Today Heineken is a joint-stock company, but the controlling shareholder still belongs to the family representative – Charlene de Carvalho-Heiniken. Heineken plants are located in more than 60 countries around the world, and products are exported to 170 countries. Heineken is the second largest brewing company in the world after Anheuser Busch, and its products are sold in more countries than any other beer in the world.
