Description
It is believed that Mnchener Helles, which is sometimes called the “sunshine Helles lager” is the first light beer in the history of mankind. Drink boiled spring 1894 in Munich brewery “Spaten” but his first tasting took place in Hamburg. The mass selling of cask and bottled Munich lager received June 20, 1895.
“Yuzberg” Munchener Helles – light filtered pasteurized beer in the style of Munich Helles (“hell” is translated from the German as “light”). The beverage is made from fresh underground water produced at the site of an ancient riverbed Nerl, brewer’s yeast from Weihenstephan – Munich Bank yeast, hops varieties Traditional, Hersbrcker and Perle, and barley malt brewing Pilsner Malz, Mnchner Malz and Karamel Malz.
Beer is bottled in the original, as if sculpted from clay, irregularly shaped bottles, which have a special recess for the fingers.
