“Verhaeghe Vichtenaar” is the flanders’ red ale produced in Belgium, the product of the Joy Breveri cooperative and the Brouwerij Verhaeghe brewery. It was created by the method of spontaneous fermentation, blending of ales of different ages and their subsequent ripening in barrels of wine. Thanks to the classic manufacturing technology, the “Seeking a Man” ale has acquired characteristic wine-balsamic notes and pleasant sourness in taste.
