Description
“Tucher” Helles Hefe Weizen is a pale wheat ale that is very popular in Franconia. Special proprietary yeast “Sapienza Master”, as well as “Bagou” wheat malt and light barley malt give the beer its characteristic misty golden color, yeast aroma and rich taste with tones of banana and delicate lemon nuances. Ale is recommended to be consumed chilled to 7 C with light fish and vegetarian dishes.
The Tucher Brewery, located in Frth and Nuremberg, was founded in Nuremberg in 1672. Today it belongs to the Radeberger Gruppe, a division of the Oetker Group. Tucher produces lagers, several wheat beers, seasonal beers like Christmas beers, and specialty beers. The production of a wide range of products is monitored in the control center, and the brewery has a high-tech laboratory for quality control and warranty testing.
The Radeberger Gruppe is Germany’s largest brewing group. The company is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main and produces beer and soft drinks in 16 different locations. The group has an approximate annual production of 13 million hectoliters of drinks, of which about 15% of beer production in Germany.
