“Meda Sibiri” is a collection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks based on taiga honey, berries, herbs, fruits and spices. The original Quince & Dogwood Mead melomel contains includes natural dogwood and quince juice, the duet of which creates an ideal balance of flavors. The juicy sourness of red berries harmoniously intertwines with the subtle tartness of yellow fruits, ending with a soft honey sweetness with hints of herbs. Invigorating fruit and berry melomel is recommended to be tasted chilled. A successful combination will be with soft cheeses, white meat and seafood under sweet and sour sauces, apple and pear desserts, red fish tartare. Formation of natural sediment is allowed.
