Description
The “Belle-Fleur” IPA is an intensely hopped Belgian IPA from the De Dochter van de Korenaar brewery. Beer is brewed exclusively from natural ingredients: water, hops, barley and wheat malt, brewer’s yeast. The “dry hopping” technology allows for a richer and deeper aroma without excessive bitterness. The beer has a gravity of 14.5% and an expressive bitterness of 65 IBU, derived from hopping with varieties Cascade, Summit, Citra, Crystal, Pilgrim, Aurora, Centennial. Thanks to such a rich bouquet of hops, the drink acquires characteristic coniferous-citrus nuances in taste and aroma. In terms of alcohol content, a lighter version of this style of beer is becoming more common, which is why the De Dochter van de Korenaar brewery introduced the “Belle-Fleur” IPA with 6% alcohol. The beer is not subject to pasteurization and filtration, which makes it lively, drinkable and fresh. It is ideal as an aperitif, as well as in combination with spicy dishes and snacks.
