“Anchor” Light Stout – light dark stout made in English style. The beer is made exclusively from natural ingredients: pure water, special Belgian barley and wheat malts, roasted barley grains, hops and brewer’s yeast. A solid base of roasted barley and wheat malt gives the beer fullness, light honey and coffee-caramel nuances. The dark ale has a great balance of hop flavor and an expressive but not overpowering 35 IBU bitterness, derived from the hops of premium classics from Europe. There are no flavors, sweeteners or colors added to the beer, making it very natural and refreshing. The beer is not subject to pasteurization and filtration, due to which it has a lively character. The beer goes well with barbecue, meat (beef, pork, smoked meats, game), as well as with chocolate and desserts.
