Sparkling wine Domaine Richard Rottiers, “Manganese” Rose, 2021

Description

Dry red wine Domaine Richard Rottiers, Moulin a Vent made from Gamay grapes, which was collected from 9 different areas of the vineyard. The average age of the vines is 65 years. Sophistication and wine wealth are achieved with a soft winemaking technology – maceration using CO2 and subsequent exposure: partial – in large oak vats, partly (30%) – in oak barrels. The wine has an excellent storage capacity – up to 2035.
