Since its inception in 1968, the main activity of the cooperative La Cave Des Hautes Cotes is winemaking. Over time, other than wine cooperative began producing soft drinks and alcoholic aperitifs and liqueurs from grapes. The company is promoting its own brands: “Nuiton-Beaunoy”, “Huguesde Geanges”, “Vignerons des Montsde Bourgogne”, “De Chastenay”. The head of the cooperative Lafort Dominique Robert, who managed to win the trust of employees, customers and managers of farms. For almost 50 years of its existence, “La Cave Des Hautes Cotes” 260 has managed to unite the best of Burgundy farms whose vineyards can be found in various parts of the region. Since 2011, the company changed its name to Nuiton-Beaunoy and joined the group Blasons de Bourgogne. Hundreds of small farms and producers of Burgundy thanks to concerted action and mutual creating high quality wines that reflect the true character and traditions of the region.
