Description
“Amuse Bouche”, 2013 – a magnificent flagship wine of the same name winery, which is one of the best Merlot-based wines in Northern California. The 2013 vintage was called by wine critics incredibly refined and well-defined and ranked among the best drinks from Amuse Busch. The grapes for making wine were harvested on September 17 in the company’s own vineyards, broken in the eastern hills of Rutherford. After fermentation, the wine was aged in oak barrels of various manufacturers, bottling took place in March 2015.
The wine label presents a picture of an American impressionist Leroy Neumann titled “Sun-Drenched Table.” The abundance of colors and the complexity of this exquisite watercolor perfectly complement the wine created in 2013 . This picture is one of the last works of Leroy, who died in June 2012 at the age of 91. His works are kept in many famous museums, Neumann’s originals sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars, and his signed lithographs often cost about $ 5,000.
