Winter 2010 was very cold, low, uncharacteristic for this season temperature kept until the end of March, in the middle of which also began an unprecedented snowfall. Spring also was cool and rainy, which resulted in delayed flowering and slow vegetative growth of vines. Over time, the temperature reached the traditional indicators of the season with a significant difference between day and night, which contributed to the development of flavor and a positive impact on the organoleptic grapes. Summer pleased by hot weather and as a consequence – the normal maturation of the grapes. Such climatic conditions have led to a later than normal harvest. Beautiful sunny weather with light wind allowed the grapes to reach optimum ripeness, form excellent balance of sugar and aromatic bouquet.
Each of the grapes separately vinified stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature conditions. Then the wine is blended and bottled.
