Description
Dry red wine Ascheri, “Fontanelle” Barbera d’Alba DOC has expressive fruity taste and berry aroma. The wine is created from varieties grown in the Piedmont Barbera, the harvest is collected from 5 to 15 October. Vinification carried conventional manner: wort is fermented for about 10 days under conditions of temperature control, and then kept in oak barrels for 8 months. The wine is recommended to serve with pasta dishes, white meat, pork and mature cheeses.
