Careful vinification leads to complex, superbly balanced wines of the highest quality.
“Balance” Winemaker’s Selection, Chenin Blanc is a pleasant white dry wine with beautiful notes of tropical fruits in taste and aroma. Wine is made from grapes harvested in the Western Cape region in February. The crop undergoes cold maceration on the peel for six hours, then the grape juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks for three weeks at 12 C. After fermentation, Shenen Blanc remains in steel cisterns, where before bottling it is kept on a thin sediment.
