Description
Bussia Riserva, Barolo DOCG – delicious dry red wine created from the Nebbiolo grape, which is grown in the vineyard, “Buss”. Soil – suspenchato-limestone. Harvesting is done by hand in small boxes. The fermentation and maceration is carried out in oak barrels of 50 hl. under strictly controlled temperature of 30 C and lasts for 25-30 days. Matured wine 3 years in French oak barrels in volume 15-30 ch., Then – 2 years in demijohn. Before entering the market, the wine further Bussia Riserva is aged for 1 year in bottles in the cellar of the winery.
