Description

Batzella, “Pean” Bolgheri DOC, 2018 – exquisite red wine from the famous Italian region – Tuscany. It is created from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc varieties grown in the Bolgheri area. In the process of vinification, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks under thermal control and malolactic fermentation in barriques. The wine is aged for at least 12 months in barriques and a tonne of French oak, and then for at least another 12 months in the bottle.

Batzella, “Pean” Bolgheri exhibits a generous and full-bodied fruity aroma and a complex, elegant taste. It is recommended to be served with meat dishes, steak, mature cheeses.
