White semi-dry wine “Old Vine” Chenin Blanc is a new series of winery Bellingham – “The Bernard Series”. In line includes such wines as “Basket Press” Syrah and “Small Barrel” SMV, won the gold medal at the international competition Monde Selection.
Romantic and generous wine “Old Vine”, has a great potential for development and storage (7 years), marked the beginning of the creation of the line “The Bernard Series”, when its creator – winemaker Graham Weerts – realized how unique characteristics of this wine and the grape variety Chenin Blanc . So, millezim 2011 award gold medals at the prestige international competitions, has a strong and full of flavor with hints of tropical fruit, careful notes of vanilla and honey, a long, refreshing finish.

Manor Bellingham (from the African “Bellinchamp” – “charming Field”) located in the valley of Franschhoek, in the foothills of the Groot Drakenstein. Founded in 1693, the Dutchman Gerrit Janse van Vuuren, the estate has always been known for its intriguing wines with unique characteristics. In 1943, the estate and the surrounding land has a new owner – Bernard Podlashuk, with the advent of Bellingham wines which have gained unprecedented popularity. There were lines of dry white wines-class, was released the first wine category Premiers Grands Crus, the first rose wine and the first wine from grapes of Shiraz.
