Wine Bertani, Recioto Della Valpolicella “Valpantena” DOC, 2022, 0.5 L

Description

Red sweet wine Recioto della Valpolicella Valpantena made from grapes Corvina and Rondinella. Crop harvested in late September on the hills in the valley Valpantena, the soil of which – lime and rich in iron. Selected ripe and healthy berries carefully transported to the winery. There berries pigeonhole and sent to the cellars for zaizyumlivaniya. After wilting, after 150 days, proceed to the production of wine. The fermentation was started with a low temperature (4-5 C) and elevated to 18 C, until the wine reaches 13% alcohol. Extract of wine takes place in cherry barrels for 12 months and continues for another 3 months after bottling. The sugar content in wine “Recioto”, 2010 is 95 g / l.

Winery Bertani (Bertani) was founded in the middle of the XIX century in the small town of Quinto di Valpantena in the north of Verona Bertani two brothers – Giovanni Battista and Gaetano. Since then, the winery has become the benchmark Bertani family and commercial winemaking in Verona. To this day, Bertani take part in various competitions and exhibitions, develop new technologies, not resting on its laurels and strive for perfection. Possession Bertani today – it’s 130 acres of land owned by the family around the historic villa of the XVIII century. Cellar and winery are located in the cozy town Grezzano.
