Description

“Tutunjian” Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon – red Chilean wine. Berry Cabernet Sauvignon are grown for him in the vineyard “Tutunzhan” in Trikala. After harvest, the grapes undergo a three-day cold maceration, which allows to extract from the skin the maximum aromatics. Next comes the turn of fermentation, which lasts for a week at a temperature of 28-30 C. Maceration lasts for 2 weeks, after which the wine is aged 8-12 months in oak barrels. After bottling the wine rests in the cellars for about six months. wine potential of 3-5 years.

Apaltagua history began in 1995, when the successful American businessman Edward Tutunzhan spent his holidays in Chile and just fell in love with the wine of the country.
