Description
“En la Parra” Tinto Joven Ecologico – young red organic wine, which has received in addition to organic certification “VEGAN”. The wine is made from Bobal grapes grown in Valencia, which, thanks to the terroir, has a bright fruitiness. Harvest time is determined after careful monitoring of fruit ripening. The grapes are carefully selected, after which they undergo prolonged maceration and fermentation at a controlled low temperature in steel tanks.
In 2017, En La Parra Tinto Hoven Ekolohiko won the Diamond Medal at the Vino y Mujer international competition.
