Description
“Borghetto” Chianti – wine in a modern style, but has retained its historical roots. Best Sangiovese grape fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Maceration and malolactic fermentation is preceded by exposure, which takes place in oak barrels and bottles. The wine goes on sale in October next year.
