Wine Bosman, “Twyfeling” Cinsaut, 2021

Description

Adama Shiraz 2007 wine made from a blend of four varieties, which is dominated by Shiraz grapes, most of which was collected in Wellington. In the blend were also used additional varieties – Mourvedre, grown on the same farm as the Shiraz and Viognier and Primitivo varieties have been added experimentally, but fell short of expectations winemaker Corley Fourier. The grapes were harvested in the early morning and at night cooled at a temperature of 10 C.
As a result, the light was born elegant wine with a thrilling taste with fine tannins and wonderful aroma with hints of ripe exotic fruits.

Bosman Family engaged in viticulture in the region since 1798, is the largest producer of grapes in South Africa, in his kennel “Lelienfontein Vinegrowers” they cultivate vines more than 7 million annually. The last 50 years, the family Bosman engaged only cultivation of grapes, but in 2004 again returned to commercial wineries. Petrus Bosman paired with the talented winemaker Korleey Fourier creates a wine of excellent quality. Wine estates are made on the principle – “from the vineyard – the wine.” Distinctive features of wines made from selected grapes are wealth, elegance and complexity combined with excellent fruit aromas.
