Wine Campagnola, “Veroni” Valpolicella DOC, 2022

Description

“Veroni” Bardolino DOC is a light red dry wine made from a blend of Corvin and Rondinella grapes grown in the vineyards of the Bardolino region. Corvina gives wine the density, texture and shades of cherries, Rodinella – a characteristic fresh, grassy bouquet. Grapes are harvested as the berries reach an optimal level of maturity. After sorting and passing through a pneumatic press, the wort undergoes fermentation in contact with the skin. The finished wine is aged for some time in neutral stainless steel containers, filtered and bottled. “Veroni” Bardolino DOC is a universal gastronomic wine, which goes well with many dishes, especially meat.
