Description
Dry red wine Cantina Tudernum, “Fidenzio”, Montefalco Rosso DOC – the fruit of a successful union of grape varieties Sangiovese, Sagrantino and Merlot. The crop is harvested by hand between September 15 and October 5, and then each class is vinified separately from each other in steel tanks at a temperature of about 28 C. Maceration on the skins lasts from 18 to 22 days. The aging process takes 18 months, 6 of which the wine spends in French oak barrels, and the remaining 12 – in bottles.
