Wine Cantine Povero, Barbaresco “Batu” DOCG, 2017

Description

“Puro” Chardonnay, Piemonte DOC – white semi-dry wine, which is used in the production of Chardonnay grapes. Berries grow on the clay soils of the Piedmont region. Harvesting is carried out in late September. At the winery, the fruits are subjected to “white” maceration on the skin. Fermentation and subsequent aging is carried out in wooden barrels and lasts 8 months. Before going on sale, the wine is additionally aged for 2 months in bottles in the cellars of the winery.
