Capanna, Brunello di Montalcino – a magnificent Tuscan wine made from Sangiovese, which is here in the hills Monatlchino, also called Brunello, associating it with a wine-growing region. In the process of vinification the wine is fermented for 25 days at a controlled temperature and aged for at least three years in barrels and then bottled, where the wine is aged further 6 more months. Strict adherence to the traditions of vintage Brunello di Montalcino is not only ensures the high status of DOCG, but also ensures the proper quality of wine, known throughout the world for several decades.
