Description
To create red dry wine “Carema” Classico DOC, the producer uses Nebbiolo grapes grown in the vineyards of the village of Karema. After harvesting the crop is transported to the winery, where it is subjected to careful sorting and pressing. Fermentation of the wort is carried out in stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts approximately 12 days. Wine aging lasts 2 years, of which 12 months aging takes place in large oak barrels.
