Description

Castelfeder “Mont Mes” Chardonnay – summer dry white wine with a low level of alcohol. Chardonnay berries are grown for him in low-lying areas around the cities Magrez, Cortina and salorno. The vines grow on clay-sandy alluvial soils. The wines of this area are famous for its fresh and fruity notes of vkusoaromatike.

After harvesting the grapes goes through a delicate pressing, and released from the suspension is fermented at low temperatures (18-21 C). With this berries give maximum aromatics. Before bottling the wine allowed to stand for at least 4 months. “Mont MES” Chardonnay has a low strength and delicate flavor that makes it a great summer wine.
