“Castillo de Las Cuevas” Blanco Seco – white dry wine with a pleasant fruity aroma and unpretentious, light, drinkable taste with refreshing acidity and light sweetness. The wine is made from the grape varieties Mersegera, Macabeo and Malvasia, grown in the Valencia region. Traditional vinification takes place in steel tanks. The wine is not intended for long-term storage. It will perfectly complement everyday meals, especially fish, seafood and vegetables.
