Description
“Castell de la Comanda” Cava Brut is a very pleasant, fresh, open, well-balanced, persistent white sparkling wine made from the traditional Cava grapes of Macabeo and Parellada varieties. Wine is made according to the classical method: with primary fermentation at 15C in stainless steel tanks and secondary fermentation in bottles. Extract of Bruce in the cellars of the winery is at least 18 months. “Castel de la Crete” Cava Brut is great for any type of snacks, fish dishes, white meats and cheeses, excellent as an aperitif.
