Description

Pink semi-dry wine Pinot Grigio Blush (blush translated from English as “blush”) is very easy to drink and has a pleasant refreshing taste. For its production is used Pinot Grigio grown in its own vineyards family Chelo. The wort is prepared by gently pressing. After a short maceration, alcoholic fermentation is carried out, which is produced in neutral vessels, which allows maximum transfer blame natural flavor and freshness of the grapes. Cielo E Terra company was founded in 1908, its name comes from the word earth (terra) and the names of the founders – family Cielo. In 1930, thanks to Pietro Chelo company starts to expand and improve production, in 1962 created new vineyards, and increased output. Today, the winery is headed by representatives of the fourth generation, the brothers Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo. Today, the company is one of the largest producers in the Veneto region, it owns about 300 hectares of land. Current production is the second largest distribution. Among other things, Cielo E Terra is part of the largest group of Italian wine – Gruppo Cantine Colli Berici (The Colli Berici Group of Cellars), which owns about 4,000 hectares of vineyards, most wines are manufactured right here.

White wines are made from Pinot Grigio, Garganega, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Tai Italico, Pinot Bianco, Trebbiano and Manzoni Bianco. Red wine made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carmenere Cabernet, Pinot Nero, Sangiovese, Barbera, Tai Rosso and Rabs.
