Description
Cipriana, “Paguro” Bolgheri Vermentino DOC – Italian dry white wine made from Vermentino grapes grown in the company’s vineyards. Harvesting is carried out when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness in small boxes. At the winery, the berries are gently pressed , followed by natural decantation for 24 hours at 10 C. Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks lasts about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 18 C. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out. Wine is aged in steel containers before bottling. Wine is recommended as an aperitif, as well as fish dishes and seafood.
