Description
Cipriana, Bolgheri Rosso DOC – dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes grown in the company’s vineyards. Harvesting is carried out when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness in small boxes. At the winery, the berries are soft pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in cement tanks with a capacity of 50 and 75 hl at a controlled temperature of 26 to 30 C for two weeks, followed by brief maceration on the skin for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in cement tanks. The wine is aged in French oak barrels. Wine is recommended to be served with grilled meat, grilled meat, venison, venison, pasta with sauce, cheeses.
