Fresh, juicy, full-bodied wine “Five Tales” Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes coming from vineyards in Margaret River. Harvested by machine at night. The grapes are immediately delivered to the winery, where they are separated from the ridges and pressed, and the resulting juice is clarified. A highly aromatic yeast is added to the juice to maximize the flavor profile and achieve a rich, creamy texture. After aging on the lees, the wine is bottled on the estate.
