Description
For the manufacture of dry red wine “Chocoholic” Pinotage producer uses Pinotage grapes grown in Bush Wine vineyards, located on the slopes of the Darling hills in close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. After harvesting the grapes are sent to the winery, where it is crushed and pressed, after which alcoholic fermentation begins with the previous maceration on the skin at a temperature of 20-30 C for 5-6 days. Next, the wort is pressed at a temperature of 5-10 C and partially subjected to aging for 8-12 months.
