Wine De Stefani, “Kreda”, Veneto IGT, 2019

Description

Refosco grapes for the production of dry red wine “Kreda” collected in the vineyard “Kreda”, located on the estate Le Ronche. “Credit” is translated from the local dialect means “clay”, it is the basic element of the soil vineyards. Crop harvested in the second half of September, allowing the grapes to reach peak maturity and depth of color. The crushed grapes goes a long maceration process in special tanks at a controlled temperature with frequent pumping. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats, after which the wine is kept in barriques for 24 months.

Here is the fourth generation Italian family De Stefani with great love and passion involved in the cultivation of vines and produces great wines.
