Description
The name of the wine “Naissance” literally translates from French as “birth”. The creators wanted to reflect in this way, the emergence of a new Cabernet Sauvignon, though created in the classic Bordeaux style, but in a new environment.
Vineyards with Cabernet Sauvignon are located on clay-limestone soils provide excellent natural drainage. Soil characteristics combined with the features of climate – dry, warm weather and fresh southerly wind – allows the grapes to ripen evenly, optimally reflect varietal characteristics. The wine matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.
“Nessans” Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 was marked by a bronze medal in the “Veritas Wine Awards, 2013”.
