Description
White wine monosortovoe Franz Haas, Sauvignon, 2010 is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the municipalities of Montana and Aldini. Vines cultivated in the system Guyot. In the year is available from 7,000 to 10,000 bottles of wine Sauvignon. Vinification is carried out as follows. Must divided into two parts: one is sent to the fermentation in steel vats, the other – in small oak barrels. Kept each part of the young wine separately, in the same container in which fermentation took place, for 8 months. Before bottling wines both parts are assembled in a steel tanker and leave at night.
