Description
“d’Acco” Rosso – fresh and young Tuscan red dry wine from selected Alicante grapes, hand-picked from the vineyards of the estate, which are located on the Tuscan coast. The soils are mainly clay and shale. The vines are processed according to the Guyot system. Vinification for grapes from different sites is carried out separately. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks under strict temperature control, where the wine is aged for 6 months. Wine potential is about 2-3 years.
