Description
Bardolino Classico – this wine, grapes for which the famous Italian company Gerardo Cesari grows in the traditional wine-growing region of Bardolino, on the hills of Lake Garda. Multifaceted blend wines are red varieties Corvina (60%), Rondinella (15%) and 25% Molinara varieties, Negrar and Rossignol. Harvest Wine Bardolino Classico was carried out in the period from 15 September to 15 October. The collected fruit is pressed gently and then subjected to the maceration of the skin for 8 days. After that comes the turn of malolactic fermentation, after which the wine is left for 6 months aging in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, the wine is kept 2 months in the cellars of the winery.
