  • “Nibai” – an elegant white wine, a blend which dominates grapes Garganega, Trebbiano di supplemented grade Soave. Intense aroma of wine is fragrant hints of ripe fruit and flowers, and a harmonious, lasting taste fascinates spicy bitterness and hints of spice. Wine is an excellent aperitif and will be an indispensable addition to light appetizers, fish and white meat.
    In Italy Soave wine known since 1272. There is an opinion that it was wine in 1483 gave the city its name Soave. Winemakers of Gerardo Cesari in search of high quality grapes turned their attention to areas in the Soave Classico, to ensure consumers are not only great taste aromatic characteristics, but also the high quality of its products. Regular painstaking care of the vines, careful pruning and modern methods of cultivation, as well as the use of environmentally friendly cultivation methods have provided a healthy maturation and quality of the crop. For the production of wine “Nibai” were selected only the best bunches grown on hillsides in Monteforte d’Alpone. Particular attention is paid to the company agronomists thinning bunches of grapes, which in combination with late harvest contribute towards the lifting ripening berries. Vinification process provides partial cold maceration of the skin, were by the fermentation (50% in barrels and 50% in steel tanks) at a controlled temperature. And only in the spring of next year under the supervision of oenologist wine properly blended and bottled.
