Description
Classic red wine Dolcetto d’Alba Dolcetto comes from the harvest from the vineyards located on the lands of Monforte d’Alba in Piedmont. Areas with Dolcetto take just 1 hectare of hilly area 300 meters above sea level and have a western exposure. The average age of the vines is 30 years. The harvest is picked by hand at the end of September. After carefully selecting grapes passes traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats in contact with the skin for about 10 days. Then the wine is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks and for some time – in bottles after bottling. This versatile everyday wine is perfect for a wide range of dishes at any time of the year.
