Description
Name “Gineprone” comes from the aromatic herbs ginepro, growing on the hills of Siena Chianti, and expresses all the diversity of herbs and spices, typical for the Mediterranean. Complex and rich, but at the same time, affordable and fruit wine “Gineprone” is an outstanding version of Chianti, which has made Tuscany famous throughout the world.
“Dzhineprone” – one of the most successful wines Count d’Orcia, which is made of traditional Chianti varieties – Sangiovese and Canaiolo. Grown in the best vineyards of Siena, the grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning and immediately transported to the winery where carefully pressed. Maceration on the skins lasts 10-12 days under strictly controlled temperature (28 C) in stainless steel tank. To create a “Dzhineprone” is used first pressing juice that is fermented at certain temperatures in neutral vessels, allowing you to keep all the flavors of the grapes.
