Description
Line of wines “Borgeri” – it is a pure and simple expression of the terroir of Bolgheri region. The name they got thanks to the ancient writing Bolgheri like Borger, specified on a map, drawn by Leonardo da Vinci during one of his many expeditions in 1453. “Borgeri” Bianco, 2014 – fresh wine with an expressive flavor, made from equal parts taken in grapes Vermentino and Viognier. Pressing berries passes at lower temperatures to save natural natural flavor. After settling into the must wine yeast is added and fermentation is carried out with temperature control. Subsequently, the wine is aged on fine lees for 4 months and after bottling – even 3 months in cool storage.
