Description
To create wine Trambusti, “Le Merlaie” Chianti Riserva DOCG producer uses Sangiovese grapes grown on clay soils of Chianti. Harvesting is carried out upon reaching the berries of optimum ripeness, the wort is vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels for more than a year, followed by additional aging in bottles, which lasts 4 months, which adds to the aroma of saturation, and the taste makes it more textured and soft.
