Description
Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva – an excellent wine that is made only from the upper berry vines, rich in sugar. The wine is vinified on the technology of cold maceration. After fermentation, the wine is kept for several months in French oak barrels. After bottling the wine matures more than a year in the bottle in the historic cellars Cusona. Vernaccia di San Gimignano is a unique drink among Italian white wines, which bears the title of Riserva for its ability to prolonged exposure.
