Description
“Vespaio” – a very fresh white sparkling wine with an incredibly smooth, elegant taste. The wine is made from hand-picked grapes from the Vespaiola and Tai Bianco varieties grown in Veneto in organic vineyards. In the manufacture of wine maceration on the skin for 6 hours, pressing and spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks and aging in steel barrels are used. Then the wine is bottled, residual sugar allows you to restart the fermentation. Vespayo is an interesting wine, excellent both as an aperitif and as a meal.
