Description
“52” Extra Dry, Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG – extra dry sparkling wine created from grapes Glera (Prosecco), which grows in the vineyards in the area of Valdobbiadene. Harvesting is carried out in the second half of September. Cuve placed in fermentors with selected yeasts pressurized temperature controlled 13 C. The fermentation is strictly controlled to preserve the aromatic potential and unique character of the wine. Sparkling wine is aged on the lees in sealed containers for about three months, followed by bottling. “52” Extra Dry is perfect as an aperitif, goes well with white meat and fish, seafood and Mediterranean salads, sushi, fresh creamy cheeses.
